Irvine
With a spacious lot, this Irvine home was in need of some separation. By designing three different living spaces, the lot was transformed to include: a sitting area complete with constructed basin and Spanish fountain centerpiece, spa region, and an outdoor kitchen and fireplace perfect for outdoor entertaining. The result was three backyard luxuries combined into one multifunctional Ferner Design.
