Shady Canyon Villa 4
To co-exist with the required Naturalistic Landscape in all Shady Canyon common areas, this villa had to blend with the plant guidlines already established. The bi-level Ferner Design was created to separate the large lot and give the illusion of never ending greenery. With numerous spanish pottery and dual planting areas, the landscape perfectly combines functionality, form and beauty.
